Definitions

In this Agreement, the following terms have the meanings ascribed to them below unless context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the ybajee website accessible at https://ybajee.bio and all associated pages, features, applications, and services.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by you to access the Platform.
• "Balance" means the real-money funds held in your Account at any given time, excluding any bonus funds subject to wagering requirements.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, or match bonuses credited to your Account subject to terms and wagering requirements.
• "Transaction" means any deposit, withdrawal, bet placement, win settlement, or bonus credit applied to your Account.
• "Prohibited Person" means any individual under the age of 21, any individual using a false identity, any individual accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where such access is prohibited by applicable law, or any individual listed on ybajee's internal exclusion register.

Eligibility & Account Registration

To register and maintain an Account on ybajee, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. ybajee strictly enforces this minimum age requirement and may request documentary proof of age at any time.
• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf. Registering on behalf of another person, or allowing another person to operate your Account, is prohibited.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and keep that information up to date. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is grounds for immediate Account closure and forfeiture of funds.
• You must not be a Prohibited Person as defined in Clause 1.
• You must not have been previously suspended or banned from ybajee or any affiliated platform.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law.

ybajee reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason. Account verification may be required before deposits, withdrawals, or certain gameplay features are unlocked. Verification may include submission of a government-issued photo identification document and proof of payment method ownership.

Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Methods

ybajee accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through the following approved payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Additional payment partners may be added or removed at ybajee's discretion with notice to players where reasonably practicable.

• The minimum deposit per transaction is ৳100. Maximum deposit limits may apply and will be communicated within the Account deposit interface.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit ("same-source rule"). This requirement exists to prevent money laundering and protect the integrity of transactions.
• ybajee does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply its own fees which are outside ybajee's control.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and may be delayed where ybajee reasonably suspects fraudulent activity, a breach of these Terms, or where regulatory requirements mandate additional checks.
• ybajee is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, network outages, or scheduled maintenance of payment platforms including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay.
• Funds deposited into your Account must be your own legitimately sourced money. Depositing funds obtained through unlawful means is strictly prohibited and will be reported to relevant authorities where required.

Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

ybajee may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, deposit match promotions, cashback offers, tournament prizes, and other promotional incentives. All such offers are subject to the following general conditions, supplemented by any specific terms communicated with the relevant offer:

• Bonus Funds are credited separately from real-money Balance and are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, eligible games, and time limits will be stated clearly in the offer communication.
• Real-money Balance is used before Bonus Funds in all betting transactions unless stated otherwise.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, household, IP address, device, or payment method unless the offer explicitly permits multiple claims.
• ybajee reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, including where ybajee determines that promotional abuse has occurred or is suspected.
• Winnings generated from Bonus Funds that have not met wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn and will be voided upon Account closure or expiry of the promotional period.
• Seasonal promotions referencing local events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL, or IPL are governed by the same general bonus terms unless specific overriding terms are stated.

Betting Rules & Game Conduct

All sports bets placed on ybajee — including cricket markets covering BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Bangladesh Tigers internationals, and all other fixtures — are subject to the following rules:

• Bets are final once confirmed. ybajee does not permit cancellation of a bet after it has been accepted by the system, except where an error in odds has occurred due to a manifest technical or human error, in which case ybajee reserves the right to void the affected bet.
• In the event of a game or match being suspended, abandoned, or cancelled, ybajee's settlement rules for the relevant sport will apply. These rules are available within the sports betting interface.
• Live in-play betting is subject to momentary suspension during critical match events. Bets submitted during a suspension period will be rejected and funds returned to your Balance.
• Casino game outcomes — including live dealer tables (Teen Patti, Andar Bahar, Dragon Tiger, Roulette, Baccarat) and slot titles — are governed by certified random number generation software supplied by our game providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. ybajee does not alter game outcomes.
• Maximum win limits per session or per bet may apply to certain games. These limits will be displayed within the relevant game interface.
• Any bet placed using system exploits, latency advantages, or automated software will be voided and the Account subject to suspension.

Account Security & Responsible Use

You are entirely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. ybajee strongly recommends the following security practices:

• Use a unique password not shared with any other online service.
• Do not share your login credentials with any other person, including family members.
• Log out of your Account when accessing ybajee from a shared or public device.
• Notify ybajee immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.

ybajee will never ask for your password by email, phone, or live chat. Any communication claiming to be from ybajee that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately. ybajee accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

Responsible Gaming

ybajee is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices for all players across Bangladesh. The following tools and policies are in place to support player wellbeing:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from their Account settings. Once set, a limit reduction takes effect immediately; a limit increase is subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Reminders: Players may activate timed reminders within the Account settings to alert them after a defined period of continuous play.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may request a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, or permanent closure by contacting [email protected]. During a self-exclusion period, the Account is suspended and the player may not create a new Account.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ybajee platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all funds, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform in a non-human manner.
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or pricing mistakes to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider betting, or any form of sports corruption.
• Using the Platform to launder money or process funds obtained through unlawful means.
• Creating multiple Accounts or using another person's Account to circumvent restrictions, bans, or verification requirements.
• Impersonating any person or entity, or misrepresenting your identity or affiliation.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify any part of the Platform's software or infrastructure.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is expressly prohibited by local law, where you are knowingly doing so in violation of that law.

Intellectual Property

All content on the ybajee Platform — including but not limited to the ybajee brand name and logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, promotional materials, and data compilations — is the exclusive intellectual property of ybajee or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with this Agreement. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without prior written consent from ybajee.

Privacy & Data Protection

ybajee collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available at /privacy-policy. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. ybajee implements SSL encryption across all data transmissions and does not sell personal data to third parties. All data relating to players in Bangladesh is handled with care and in line with our internal data governance standards. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ybajee's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. ybajee shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits or loss of data.
• Loss arising from interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform due to technical faults, maintenance, or circumstances beyond ybajee's reasonable control (including but not limited to internet outages, power failures, acts of government, or natural disasters).
• Loss arising from your use of third-party payment services including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay.
• Inaccuracies in sports data, scores, or statistics provided by third-party data feeds where ybajee has acted in good faith on the information available.

Nothing in this clause limits ybajee's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other matter where limitation of liability is prohibited by law.

Account Closure & Termination

You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon receipt of a valid closure request, ybajee will process any remaining real-money Balance (net of any applicable Bonus Funds subject to wagering requirements) back to your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe. ybajee reserves the right to close or suspend any Account at its sole discretion, including where:

• A breach of any provision of this Agreement has occurred or is suspected.
• Fraudulent, abusive, or prohibited activity has been detected.
• The Account has remained inactive (no login, deposit, or bet) for a continuous period of 12 months.
• ybajee is required to do so by applicable law, regulation, or court order.

Where an Account is closed by ybajee due to a breach of this Agreement, ybajee reserves the right to withhold the Account Balance pending investigation. Where fraud or money laundering is confirmed, the Balance may be forfeited and reported to relevant authorities.

Amendments to This Agreement

ybajee reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, ybajee will notify registered players by posting a notice on the Platform or by email where a valid address is held on file. The updated Agreement will take effect 7 days after notification for existing players, or immediately for new registrations. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must stop using the Platform and request Account closure before the effective date.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to ybajee's operating jurisdiction. In the event of any dispute arising from this Agreement or your use of the Platform, ybajee encourages you to first contact our support team at [email protected] to seek resolution. ybajee aims to respond to all formal complaints within 5 business days. Where a dispute cannot be resolved amicably, it shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of an internationally recognised arbitration body as designated by ybajee. This clause does not affect any statutory rights you may hold as a consumer under applicable local law in Bangladesh.
